Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-04-24

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances in which a refund is possible for purchases on Galaxy 71 (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by us (the "Operator," "we"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. General rule — a paid service is irreversible

Once you have bought a Click (the checking of a Chunk) or issued a Star, the service is deemed rendered and cannot be cancelled:

  • the payment has already been made through the payment processor and the blockchain;
  • computational capacity may already have been reserved and spent on your Chunk;
  • the issuance of a Star is recorded in the Service's ledger, and when issued as an NFT it is written to the blockchain (the Base network). A blockchain record is irreversible by its very nature: neither we nor anyone else can undo it.

The purchase and sale of Stars on the Marketplace are likewise final: once completed, a transaction is not reversed, and the Service fee withheld is not refunded.

Refunds of an unspent balance are governed by clause 2.3 below.

2. Exceptions — when we will consider a refund

2.1 Double charge or technical failure

If the system charged you twice for a single Chunk, or your balance was reduced without any computation being started, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full — to the original payment wallet.

2.2 A Chunk not processed through our fault

If you have paid for a Chunk and our infrastructure has not processed it within a reasonable time (as a rule, 14 days from the confirmation of payment), and the cause lies with us — and not with network congestion, the blockchain, or a third-party processor — we will refund the cost of the unprocessed portion.

2.3 Refund of an unspent balance

If you wish to recover funds that have not been used to buy Clicks or Stars, we will consider the request. The refund is made to the original payment wallet, less the payment processor's fee and the blockchain network fee (gas). These fees are withheld by third parties, and we do not cover them; if zero or less remains after the deduction, a refund is technically impossible.

A balance refund is available no more than once per accounting period. Repeated "deposit-and-withdraw" cycles without the use of computation may be treated by us as abuse, and we may restrict this option.

3. Commencement of the service and waiver of the "cooling-off period"

The service begins at the moment a Click is bought or a Star is issued — not at the moment the balance is topped up. By buying a Click or a Star, you confirm that:

  • the service begins immediately (the Click goes into the Hunter's queue, the Star is recorded in the ledger);
  • you consent to the immediate commencement of the service and waive the "cooling-off period" that might otherwise apply under consumer protection law;
  • the exceptions in Section 2 (including the balance refund) apply regardless of this consent.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support@galaxy71.com from the email of your account and provide:

  • your email and nickname;
  • the transaction ID or the blockchain transaction hash;
  • the date and approximate time of the payment;
  • the reason for your request;
  • the wallet for the refund, if it differs from the original one.

5. Time frames

  • Acknowledgment of receipt of the request — within 3 business days.
  • Decision — within 14 days of receiving the complete information.
  • Payout (if the request is approved) — within 30 days of approval, to the original payment wallet.

The refund is made in the same cryptocurrency as the payment, at the network rate at the time of the refund. Network fees are withheld by the blockchain.

6. Manual review

We review every request manually and may request additional information to verify your identity, the transaction, or the reason. Fraudulent or bad-faith requests may result in the suspension of your account.

7. Disputed cases

If we have rejected a request and you consider the refusal unjustified, reply to our message with additional arguments, and we will review it again. All disputes are resolved through a pre-litigation claims procedure via support@galaxy71.com, as described in the "Dispute Resolution" section of our Terms of Use. Given the nature of the Service (one-off payments of a small size), the parties acknowledge the claims procedure as the primary and sufficient means of dispute resolution.

8. What we cannot refund

  • Blockchain network fees (gas) — withheld by the network, not by us.
  • The payment processor's fee on a refund — withheld by Plisio as a third party.
  • Exchange-rate differences — if the price of the cryptocurrency has changed between the payment and the refund, we do not compensate the difference.
  • The Marketplace fee on already completed transactions.
  • Losses caused by your own mistakes — an incorrect wallet address, a lost seed phrase, or data entered in error.
  • Losses from front-running when claiming the reward — we do not control the public Bitcoin network.

9. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will give notice of material changes on the website and, where necessary, by email. The version of the Policy that applies to your request is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
